President's
Challenge 2005 Launch
May 2, 2005 @ Istana
Just like last year, Music For Good organised the President's
Challenge 2005 Launch. For the first time, the President's
Challenge Launch was held at the Istana. It was also the first
time that the public could also watch the launch event - attended
by President S.R. Nathan, Mrs Nathan and invited guests. It
was open house at the Istana and the concert. called Showtime,
started at 10:45am with the energetic Trivalation. Hossan
Leong was a hilarious host who made everyone laughed. The
children from the Infant Jesus Home charmed the audience with
their musical performance before Sylvester Sim and Taufik
came on and made the girls screamed. After Mr President gave
his speech and officially launched this year's President's
Challenge, Pulse and LGF continued with the entertainment
till 1:20pm.
